I did two months work experience at a large ship broking company, Clarksons Platou. Here i worked on the events a communications desk as an events assistant. i worked throughout the extremely busy christmas period. During my time here i had to help organise and carry out numerous corporate parties for over 200 guests, book flights and hotels for ski trips for clients, find hospitality packages for many different events and book restaurants for large groups with specific requests. Overall my time here showed me the side of events that was not so glamorous, for example the admin and the late nights, despite this i throughly enjoyed it and it has encouraged me to start a career in the events sector.

I did two weeks work experience at the advertising company, Runningman 2. here i helped with usual office duties, for example logging deliveries, ordering items for shoots, and helping people with tasks when they were busy.
