Managing the smooth running of the Brand Marketing Access system, an end to end tool to track work load.
Working across all teams to ensure that all activities for all Brand Marketing areas are loaded correctly onto Access and all information is kept up to date and in line with our critical paths.
Raising of Purchase Orders & tracking all supplier payments via Access, highlighting any issues to my Manager.
Being the key point of contact for the Department for all general and cross functional administration requirements.
Delivering and maintaining operational processes that assist easier of ways of working in the department.
Able to deal with adhoc functions.
