+ Lead account manager on the largest client, Epson, including their largest annual POS project from initial design, through to final artwork and production. + Instigated live status reporting and more face-to-face client meetings, thus increasing work generation and new business. + Reviewed how Epson projects were costed and how workflow was managed in the studio, improving efficiency and decreased number of projects running over budget. + Manage Project documentation such as creating schedules, post project reviews, financial reporting and forecasting. + Lead the team when new creative briefs are received, including scheduling, budgets, client expectations, internal and external communication.
