About me
I’m a flexible and detail orientated Account Manager, I have over eight
years’ experience in project and client relationship management. I’ve managed projects across multiple platforms, including packaging, brochures, animations, digital and photoshoots with exceptional high standards.
I’m unfazed by large volumes of work and I’m an excellent communicator with clients, suppliers and internal teams alike.
Work history
Client Manager
+ Writing new business proposals including costs and project plans
and participating in pitch presentations.
+ Assisted with strategy/discovery workshops, through to creative
and final delivery of assets, and continuing support in implementing
the brand, through both creative and messaging.
+ Managed production of integrated campaigns including sourcing
appropriate suppliers working within tight deadlines and managing budgets.
+ Built strong client relationships with day-to-day contact via calls, face-to-face meetings and status reports appropriate to each project and client,
resulting in repeat work and invites to tender.
Account Manager

+ Lead account manager on the largest client, Epson, including their largest
annual POS project from initial design, through to final artwork and production.
+ Instigated live status reporting and more face-to-face client meetings,
thus increasing work generation and new business.
+ Reviewed how Epson projects were costed and how workflow was
managed in the studio, improving efficiency and decreased number
of projects running over budget.
+ Manage Project documentation such as creating schedules,
post project reviews, financial reporting and forecasting.
+ Lead the team when new creative briefs are received, including scheduling,
budgets, client expectations, internal and external communication.
