• Manage the fast paced Studio schedule, working closely with our Studio Manager to resource sets efficiently and achieve daily targets
• Forecast & manage the global production budget
• Develop yearly global shoot plan
• Instrumental in leading the MADE rebrand project across all lifestyle imagery, working closely with our Creative Director to establish new styling guidelines, redesign lifestyle sets (architectural elements and colour palette), revise stills & motion shotlist per product
• Social: Plan, budget and resource monthly social shoots, producing content in line with our social calendar across Instagram, Pinterest, Tiktok platforms
• Ecom: Run a global team of producers on fast paced e-com still & motion shoots, ensuring daily targets are met and shotlists are adhered to
• Lead weekly Briefings & Curation reviews with the wider team to ensure creative output is in line with brand guidelines
• Campaign: Lead end to end production on key campaigns, working closely with the Creative Director to ensure their vision comes to life & the campaign is executed seamlessly across channels. Draw up production timelines & budget, allocate resource, location scout, source talent, facilitate and lead meetings with the wider team to keep production on track and ensure they are hitting key milestones
• Streamlined process across studio working closely with Studio Manager to achieve operational excellence, increase efficiency and shot counts, reduce product time to site, refine logistics and supplier book
• Studio renovation: led the relocation and design of the MADE.COM Brand studio in 2021, managing timeline, budget, logistics and spec of the renovation
• Collaborate closely with Legal to ensure all usage agreements / release forms are in place
