    - Examining and improving diversity and inclusion in curriculum content and delivery for Police Now, a charity working directly with police forces to tackle diversity in recruitment and community engagement - Assisting with Level 7 curriculum design, implementation and delivery - Designing online learning modules and synchronous training, either from scratch or adapting existing material, considering curriculum requirements, interactivity in online lesson design (particularly in instances of remote delivery) and relevance to the participants - Project lead for Diverse Voices project, finding members of marginalised communities with a historic distrust of the police and conducting informal interviews. As of May 2021, these will be integrated into the academy curriculum to provide different perspectives and first-hand accounts to participants, aiming to improve community-police relations and officers’ empathy and understanding of the difficulty (and complexity) of these issues
