About me
Having worked in office management, event coordination, customer service, logistics and publishing, I have a breadth of knowledge and expertise to apply to the creative workplace, from a solutions-based angle. Providing strategy, implementing financial models and ensuring communications between departments is a top priority of mine to ensure maximum progress and efficiency for everyone. I take an active interest in architecture, film, art and fashion. It is the integrity behind artistic projects that spurs me on to work in the operational side of the cultural sphere.

I have learnt invaluable skills from my time at Phenomen Films, my main duties include:
- Managing international shipments to our offices and event in Paris/ Berlin.
- Controlling Operations Logistics in London - liaising with stakeholders/ companies we source from.
- Leading the application processes for work visas for employees who require this.
- Budgeting and managing spends for building maintenance (inc. maintenance of AC/ technical equipment/ products for cleaning). I also managed the budget for the onsite cafe and liaise with many traders to source the best prices.
- I work alongside the producing team with applications and strategist planning for licensing for our upcoming London event.
- I am the designated health and safety manager in the company. Within this role I am the head fire warden and first aid personnel. I am responsible for fire training new staff, introducing them to the company and ensuring all fire related services are up to date as well as first aid for the company.
- Assisting with the management of security/ maintenance and cleaning staff.
- I am responsible for booking AirBnB and hotels for company guests/ finding international staff long term flats in central London - then managing their bills and expenses against a budget.
- Booking transport for travelling guests and hosting them at the company which includes giving tours around the building and scheduling screenings.
- Building maintenance coordination - Working alongside plumbers/ electricians/ handymen to solve issues with leaks, pest control, broken furniture, shipments, etc.
- Liaising between departments in order to resolve technical issues.
- Data handling and scheduling for the company’s launch event hosted in Paris earlier this year.
