• Manage the Artists work flow & diary. • Be creatively & financially competitive within the industry. • Primary contact to the Client, Agency, Artist & multiple suppliers. • Source creative & influential people for the Artists to collaborate with. • Keep up to date with current trends. • Manage & support the roster of photographers, ideation & critiquing of personal projects, editing portfolios & feedback on direction & selective marketing. • Balance both art based, commercial projects & commissions. • Research & implement new ways of generating business for both the photographers & the Agency. • Worldwide production experience. • Estimate, manage & deliver a profit on all commercial projects. • Remote & on location production management, safety, managing large numbers of people, running to schedule, awareness of unforeseen events, costs & solutions. • Connecting with new suppliers & contacts. • Knowledge of usages, media territories & value of the creative output. • Promote & be a representative of the Agency. • Networking & building relationships.
Clients - Nike, Converse, Jaeger, Sainsburys, Muck Boots, Heineken, Triumph, Lycra. • Produce all that’s deemed ‘creative’ or relating to photography, imagery, design, print. • Support Studio & Designers. • Oversee workload of the studio, being the point of contact for bookings of the studio. • Continuously look for ways to improve the creative team processes & output. • Create & maintain budgets for creative projects with awareness of a profit margin for the creative team. • To search for & identify freelance talent across design, ideation, visualisation and production. • Research & organise inspiration for the studio - Photographer, illustrator Agents to come visit & companies that would be beneficial to idea generation, Educational visits & team events.
