As a qualified Graphic Designer I was able to apply my knowledge and skills to the brand for promotional material and campaigns. This also extended to our other branches (Bayleys Cromwell, Bayleys Southland, Bayleys Gore & Bayleys Dunedin) when they needed my design expertise. Having a Graphic Designer amongst their Marketing team was a great benefit as I was able to take everything I have learned and practiced in my other University Projects and Freelance Design Opportunities and apply them within brand standards to the Company and for Agents personal businesses. Working for not only Bayleys Queenstown, but the other offices, and still working to strict deadlines allowed me to become very great at working under pressure, managing priorities and still completing work to a standard that the company and Marketing department was happy with. In my marketing role I worked closely with the Company Director, Office Manager, Regional Marketing and Communications Manager, Agents, and Office Administration and had the support of my other Marketing Co-worker. Working alongside another Marketing peer meant for daily clear communication, problem solving, and support.

This project was in collaboration with an aspiring film maker and musician. This was my first 2D animation that I had attempted. https://www.stuff.co.nz/environment/87503410/masseystudent-wins-weta-digital-award-for-documentary-onoverfishing
