Ambitious Administrator and Events Assistant with over 6 years’ experience in client centric environments. Currently responsible for all administration support and first point of contact for high profile stakeholders within a demanding Marketing, Events and Sales function. I recently made the decision to transition from corporate administration to exercise my passion in the fashion industry. • Dealing with referrals from GP's, patients and visitors

• Managing 120 consultant diaries and booking their appointments
• Providing advice, information and assistance for all enquiries
• Dealing with all customer queries, requests, or complaints
• Accurately recording details of calls and issues on logging software
• Dealing with high volume of incoming faxes
• Booking radiology appointments MRI’s, CT and Ultrasounds
• Coordinating meetings with different departments and preparing required paperwork
• Training new members of staff on customers service standards and booking systems
• Providing support to the Business Development Managers and Event Managers assisting them with new and existing clients and delivering the national event portfolio
• Research venues, suppliers and contractors, and then negotiate prices and contracts
• Providing onsite support at events including delegate management and managing preparations for events (producing badges, delegate packs and speaker communications)
• Managing all calls and the enquiry inbox (approximately 30 calls and up 60 emails daily)
• Researching potential clients and obtaining contact details for sales team (team of 14)
• Supporting the sales team by arranging catering and delegate packs for their GP talks (4 per week)
• Following up on all dropped calls and resolving all issues promptly
• Managing the on-boarding of new clients for 6 London hospitals by proactively coordinating across relevant departments (internal and external)
• Ensuring clients have site access and relevant systems are set up effectively and efficiently
• Updating of marketing material, ensuring all HCA collateral is up to date and accurate
