I am a coffee lover with several years of management and teaching experience. My current role of Operations/Marketing Manager is multi-faceted. It includes: planning and organizing new technology and training in the office; designing proposals and RFP submissions, managing the studio's time, budgets, website, business development plan, and project coordination while also ensuring client satisfaction through communications and invoicing.
Outside the office, You can usually find me reading, hiking, sharpening my design skills or working on my yoga practice.

My role of Office Manager began to evolve into Operations Manager when I realised, as a small business, we needed consistency. I started by taking a Human Resources class so I could write a policy and procedures document that worked for RHAD. I also implemented time tracking and began analyzing and maintaining operational data to communicate findings to the design team to refine our processes.
I track and maintain budgets of operational costs and oversee company administrative procedures. I also manage tenants in our office building, social media accounts and invoicing. I process Payroll and issue contracts. I am also responsible for designing RFP submissions, applications for design awards, proposals and press kits.
