Responsibilities: External Communication As part of the department's external communication taskforce, took the lead on multiple projects including: - CRM database implementation - Intranet strategy: visibility calendar and content management (Adobe CQ5) - Event coordination: content coordination for international roadshows - Presentation of department activity for Richemont's executive board of directors Budget Management, reporting to the co-directors of Richemont's Marketing Services department for cost centers in France and Switzerland: - Quarterly budget forecasts, coordinating with Group's finance control - Monthly budget dashboard reports - SAP transactions and purchase order generation for all department contracts - Liaising with accounting & marketing project managers for updated delivery status of all projects - Responsible for internal reinvoicing of adhoc projects - Training new hires to group processes - Vendor relations
