Project Manager Marketing
Richemont owns several of the world's leading companies in the field of luxury goods, with particular strengths in jewellery, luxury watches and premium accessories.
Our Maisons include Cartier, IWC, Panerai, Van Cleef & Arpels, Piaget, Chloé and Jaeger LeCoultre.
Responsibilities:
External Communication
As part of the department's external communication taskforce, took the lead on multiple projects including:
- CRM database implementation
- Intranet strategy: visibility calendar and content management (Adobe CQ5)
- Event coordination: content coordination for international roadshows
- Presentation of department activity for Richemont's executive board of directors
Budget Management, reporting to the co-directors of Richemont's Marketing Services department for cost centers in France and Switzerland:
- Quarterly budget forecasts, coordinating with Group's finance control
- Monthly budget dashboard reports
- SAP transactions and purchase order generation for all department contracts
- Liaising with accounting & marketing project managers for updated delivery status of all projects
- Responsible for internal reinvoicing of adhoc projects
- Training new hires to group processes
- Vendor relations
Sponsorship Marketing Coordinator

- Researching, planning & executing sponsor partnerships from the corporate sector for the HotDocs festival and the World Congress of Science & Factual Producers (WCSFP).
- Building creative, targeted activations for corporate, media, and in-kind partners??
- Managing advertising opportunities
- Monitoring sponsor visibility throughout the event
