Key roles and responsibilities included, firstly, being responsible for all copywriting needs for both internal and external purposes. Daily tasks comprised of product descriptions, DTC blog posts and content for key accounts such as The Hut Group, Cult Beauty, and Sephora. I was also responsible for forming and nurturing strong relationships with these accounts to gain internal brand salience, to achieve this I organised two successful product focussed, B2B events from end-to-end, including the creation of budgets, ROS’s, and logistical and operational factors. I was also responsible for the collation and management of press clippings, as well as the management of the activation calendar for the entire business. Lastly, I supported the social and community management team daily with CRM tasks, gaining in-depth product knowledge to assist with customer engagement and growth across all social channels and markets. Regularly created campaign decks for influencers and NPD launches which aided my understanding of multi-channel campaigns and grew a strong commercial mindset with a global outlook.

Main responsibility was the movement of all stock, including transfers and allocations, across multiple sectors of the business. Daily tasks included the management of several large, company-wide databases, as well as weekly sales analysis both of which required a highly analytical and organised attitude. I managed and styled the brand showroom, welcoming clients and taking shorthand notes from meetings. Helped in the running of a sample sale in which I organized and categorized all stock. Also assisted with any ad hoc tasks including press office management, fetching dry cleaning, making appointments, and meeting any other needs of the business in any way I could.
