I'm a Product Designer with a blend of finance knowledge and creative energy, focused on crafting user experiences that are intuitive and meet business objectives. Over 7 years, I've worked on significant projects that make a difference.
While at Connected Space, a design and code agency, where I contributed to The Urban Data platform project in collaboration with the Croydon Council. This was a 6-month long endeavour, including 2 months of user research, to design a map-based dashboard that enabled councils to oversee and manage complex, multifaceted projects worth billions of pounds.
I've also made significant contributions at Metro Bank and Zilch, a rising star in the Buy Now, Pay Later sector.
At Metro Bank, I helped redesigned the banks' app home page and navigation, where I led all the research and was responsible for all the subsequent UX work.
During my time at Zilch, I led a team of 4 designers, successfully navigating rapid growth while ensuring the delivery of timely, high-quality designs.
I am driven by a passion to make complex products comprehensible and user-friendly, prioritising design thinking and processes.
