About me
Experience working with different teams in fast-paced environments, so feel confident adapting my approach to meet different needs. Able to work under pressure, and take pride in meeting deadlines and delivering great work. I’m a natural problem solver and like to be proactive in my role, using my initiative to successfully own and drive projects. This requires me to be resilient and efficient in the way that I work. I’m a people-orientated person and am always looking to deliver impactful experiences. I am now looking for a role in the employee experience and well-being space, so that I may develop in areas that offer me the greatest purpose.

Maintaining and developing studio culture through events, socials and team activities. Overseeing studio operations and day-to-day management of wider team. I tended to observe people and behaviours to better understand and implement initiatives to support the studio. I played a huge part in managing employee experience, I was the first point of contact for overall employee needs and engagement, ensuring we created a workplace where people thrive. I was constantly reviewing and re-engineering the processes and templates to support key experiences across the studio. -Studio operations and management -Employee Experience -Culture and Initiatives -Executive diary management

My role as a peer mentor gave me the opportunity to connect with first year students within UAL and offer my support and experience as a second year student. Training was provided before the first mentoring session took place to ensure that I was fully trained and ready to offer my guidance according to the UAL mentoring guidelines. Being a peer mentor allowed me to offer advice based on my own reflections as well as support mentees during key milestones. I also had to host group sessions with mentees; the aim of this was to acquire feedback, thoughts and ideas on how to improve their experience.
