Born in the German countryside (where people say “moin”), I studied architecture and graduated with a Master’s degree in Leipzig. After working in multiple studios in Berlin, I moved to London, said TTFN to architecture, and reoriented in design.
Architectural design is literally user experience design on a physical level: creating tangible and functional spaces for a great experience. With a background in this human-centred discipline I bring structure, resourcefulness and rational thinking to my work. Paired with a love for design and aesthetics, my motivation is to create products through a combination of coherence, technology and aesthetics (do we not all buy wine by the appearance of the label?)
I have an affinity with minimalism and simplicity. In my free time–when I’m not faffing about with my cat, I like travelling or exploring London with a taro boba.
