About me
Hello! My name is Maia, I'm a creative based in Florence, Italy. I first fell in love with photography at twelve years old when I was given my first camera. My identity is heavily influenced by growing up between two places, Croatia and The United States. I love work exploring femininity and the beauty of the body. I deepened my passion for photography through the many art classes I took in high school and university. In 2022 after graduation, I decided to follow my dreams and move to Italy. In May 2023 I completed the Foundation Year at Accademia Italiana and am currently in the first year of my Bachelor's degree. I am trying to branch out from photography, as social media management and graphic design have piqued my interest.
