    • o Packaging: Successfully lead and executed 10 packaging projects over the course of the one year – this included uploading a brief with detailed instructions on packaging change, approving artwork and checking information with the legal and regulatory team, aligning with the factory and forecasting team to manage on-shelf switches and timings o Budget: assigned with the responsibility of managing the Evian UK budget - raising POs and tracking them in shared file with the finance team, flag to the team when there is an overspend and why, identify when savings/efficiencies could be made, organise weekly budget meetings to ensure all actions are taken and there are no workflows o Wimbledon: I was successfully appraised by the Management for my efforts in managing the 2019 Wimbledon Hospitality Events – through the multiple stakeholders involved (designers, caterers, AELTC, florist, supply team, creative agencies) o Sample orders (approximately 200 samples) managing day to day relationship with the British Fashion Council, organising deliveries to London Fashion Week, logistics, tickets, internal engagement, managing all sample orders for ambassadors and Influencers o Competitor Analysis: working with the Strategy & Insights team to research and present to the senior team and GM a monthly update on competitors NPDs in the market
