Worked on optimising the University’s f student recruitment strategy and main revenue stream. Day-to-day duties usually included stakeholder interviews, creating a new visual language for the University’s digital services and the website’s responsive user interface.
Provide strategic user experience consulting to help build an intelligent, browserbased search engine and video streaming application for media companies. As a UX designer worked closely with a creative team based in Seattle on b2b user journeys and a user interface for various devices.
Hired as one of the first designers in IT agency. The role evolved from web & print designer to user experience and interface designer also responsible for recruiting and onboarding new team members and handling clients’ enquiries. Worked for a wide variety of clients on more than twenty innovative projects taking them from concept to production. By the time she had left the creative team had grown to ten members based in three different cities. It was a very involved, client-facing role that taught her how to manage multiple projects, defend designs, present to clients, and mentor junior designers.
