I am a journalism graduate from the University of Lincoln who has had a range of experience in both public relations and the editorial field. My most recent experiences at Manifest and W Communications has allowed me to gain a wide range of organisational, team work and communication skills which I can incorporate into future employment. My career goal would be to be in a creative role where I learn from different experiences and meet new people.

I was responsible for researching influencers and creating media lists as well as calling up journalists and publications to see if they are interested in a certain event or if a client has a new campaign. I was also involved in sending press releases to journalists and influencers as well as building a rapport with them. I have dealt with press releases for Papa John’s, Laurent Perrier and Lynx. Throughout the internship, I was given the responsibility to check social media posts for clients as well as writing Instagram and Twitter posts to get as much hype as possible.
