About me
Studying for a BA in Art and English Literature at The University of Reading. Currently working with the University's women's rugby team to help promote the club, not only to encourage girls to play the sport but help secure the team's first ever sponsorship in partnership with Loddon Brewery. I have found it interesting getting to grips with various software as well as the challenge of finding ways to engage target audiences.

  • Condensed Milk - University of Reading Fine Art Degree Show 2017
Condensed Milk - University of Reading Fine Art Degree Show 2017 The University of Reading’s Fine Art Degree Show Condensed Milk exhibits the work of graduating BA and MFA students, bringing together four years of creative practice in one final show. Condensed Milk features work from students whose practice revolves around traditional media such as sculpture, painting, installation and film, but due to the free and open nature which we have been labouring under, you can expect to see variety beyond other gallery shows. Condensed Milk explores the idea of a generation that cannot pay attention to anything anymore and how this intersects with people who create media to be consumed by viewers and participants. We hope we can hold your attention, as you are invited to swim in the imagination of some random millennials and experience their twisted view of reality. Come on, it will be funny. Condensed milk is old people’s food.
  • Salvation Army Mural Dec 2014
Salvation Army Mural Dec 2014 Volunteering Project, Graffiti Mural : Salvation Army ( Willow House), December  2014: This  was  an opportunity as part  of Enactus Reading; a volunteering society within the University’s Student Union focussing on developing student-led projects to help tackle issues in the local community.   The mural was part of   their “Re-Fresh” project, where the established a relationship with the Salvation Army hostel in order to help improve the well-being and employability of their beneficiaries. The clients and supervisors at the Salvation Army were looking to create an indoor graffiti mural at their hostel which could encapsulate the wealth of diversity and opportunity within the Reading community.  It gave me the chance  to develop my existing skills as  a painter , but also an opportunity to engage with the beneficiaries and allow them to contribute to the painting too.
