Client: Virgin Media (Customer Marketing)
Managed large scale projects for the Growth and Retention aspects of Virgin Media Customer Marketing across a number of channels, including price rises, data driven upsell programmes (including their creative repositioning) and overarching Customer Advocacy strategies with ramifications across all projects in the account’s pipeline.
Account Manager

Client: Virgin Media (Acquisition Marketing)
Managed broadcast channels (press and DRTV), e-mail campaigns and bill media for the Mobile division of Virgin Media Customer Acquisition. This meant oversight of every step of the creative and production processes, from concept development to launch. All finance and scope of work management aspects of the above were also implied.
