Client: Virgin Media (Customer Marketing) Managed large scale projects for the Growth and Retention aspects of Virgin Media Customer Marketing across a number of channels, including price rises, data driven upsell programmes (including their creative repositioning) and overarching Customer Advocacy strategies with ramifications across all projects in the account’s pipeline.
Client: Virgin Media (Acquisition Marketing) Managed broadcast channels (press and DRTV), e-mail campaigns and bill media for the Mobile division of Virgin Media Customer Acquisition. This meant oversight of every step of the creative and production processes, from concept development to launch. All finance and scope of work management aspects of the above were also implied.
Clients: Procter & Gamble, Pepsi Latin America, Terra Networks For Procter & Gamble, the launch of the Golden Households digital CRM programme in Brazil fell under my responsibility, which also meant supporting the project’s roll-out in other Latin American countries. For Pepsi, I managed the creative development, production and launch of all digital initiatives in Latin American markets. For Terra Networks, I had responsibility over the development of Terra’s B2B websites, from the wireframe development stage to design, production, QA and roll-out.
Clients: Procter & Gamble, Oreo, BBDO Worldwide For Procter & Gamble, I managed several digital and brand campaigns within the Golden Households project, liaising with content development partners, such as bloggers and celebrities to generate meaningful experiences for consumers. For Oreo, I was responsible for the national implementation and maintenance of a global social networks programme. For BBDO Worldwide, I was tasked with the management of corporate branding projects for the global network.
Clients: Procter & Gamble, Mimosa, Galp For Procter & Gamble, I managed the launch of the global Golden Households digital CRM program in Portugal. For Galp, I had the responsibility of managing the creation of a website template for Innovation and Special Achievement in Science competitions. For Mimosa, I had responsibility over DM campaigns and customer Q&As.
