About me
My passion for jewelry has allowed me to develop a great understanding of the creative and industrial contexts of jewelry working toward set-goals with an innovative and problem solving-mindset; monitoring workflow from design through initial samples to production-ready goods, with the ability to bring about innovative concepts and solutions that meet product development objectives and customer’s needs.

The object I designed reflects the concept of graffiti as a creative mark of freedom. Graffiti is part of a material and symbolic network orienting participants in the labyrinth of the city space. Writers have been transforming the urban environment through creative arrangements. ‘This prospective urbanism brings about changes, whereby experiences, desires, attitudes, and behaviors become free in the urban space’. My project examined how to bring together the two worlds of jewellery and graffiti, investigating the translation of the latter into the former, bringing about new meanings into the jewellery chain concept with a focus on the uniqueness and originality of Japanese and Brazilian graffiti. My project looked at the differences in graffiti art and how particular lines, shapes and complex compositions can translate into innovative jewellery chain pieces, bringing new spontaneous and dynamic shapes for a chain link in order to discover new ways of representing and giving movement into this. Dynamism, flow and playfulness are the key words of my research.
