- Monitor and manage payments, client database and ensure compliance with legal, health and safety regulations

- Assist and manage all event’s details such as decor, catering, entertainment, invitee list, special guests, equipment etc by completing Event Sheets and other related documents to handover to the operations team within deadlines.
- Oversee events from start to finish, including writing functions sheets, hire all the necessary equipment and liaise with other departments to make sure we deliver an exceptional experience for the client
- Attend meetings and site visits to act as a second point of contact, as well as ensure all clients’ needs are achieved
- Ensure the events run smoothly and all staff and suppliers are coordinated effectively
