Co-leading category futures project for a major FMCG food company including extensive trends work, setting the scene for a three-day workshop with expert consumers leading to ten new product concepts.
Conducting 25 online focus groups from five continents for an employee value proposition project for a major corporate entity, resulting in flexible and globally applicable messaging recommendations.
Co-authoring and presenting two external trends seminars to a collection of leading FMCG companies, one examining the impact of design on successful product innovation and the other on the emergence of Generation Z, producing multiple new business opportunities.
