• Direct responsibility for individual event budgets and managing events running concurrently, focusing on each project adhering to these budgets and deadlines
• Working closely with Marketing in developing content for various events, design of event materials, 3rd party tradeshow stand designs, and ensuring the cohesiveness of events and marketing/brand plan
• Manage the entire process and relationship with member hoteliers at all levels throughout the journey from setting up the yearly events calendar through to on-site management of these hoteliers
• Manage various suppliers to ensure full event setup is prepared for, while developing an excellent database and working relationship with these suppliers including venues, caterers, florists, production and AV, design and much more
• Network and set up partnerships for sponsorship and joint marketing with like-minded luxury suppliers
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the market including new and relevant events and shows, market trends and intelligence
