Starting as a Senior Communication Analyst for the insurance business, I have been planning, executing and communicating products for the client using digital channels and direct marketing for increasing sales. I acted in the launch of insurance products (for travelling and cars). I contributed strongly to the communication of the insurance launched for health professionals at the pandemic's beginning. After that, I was promoted to coordinator on another business front (investments), leading a team in January/2021.
In this new area, I coordinated a squad that aimed to revolutionise communications with the bank’s investments clients, intending to increase the number of clients investors. This operation, driven by effective communication, increased our client base by 25% in less than 6 months.

With a budget of 1.5 million reais (BRL), we reached 21 million (reais - BRL) in image return. It was the combination of good leadership with teamwork that has brought these results.
