I am an experienced lifestyle journalist and presenter, bursting with enthusiasm and creative ideas. I have written both news and features for a variety of publications including Fabulous, Vice, Wales Online, The Telegraph and The Sun and presented for the BBC and S4C.
My background in makeup artistry and fragrance has given me a particular interest in beauty journalism, the area I have the most experience and PR contacts in, although my media network stretches far and wide.

My current role here at The Sun sees me writing a range of pieces, from beauty reviews and health explainers on new breakthrough pharmaceuticals to restaurant launches and fashion spreads. I'm also known for my more serious first-person pieces among the editors of the publication.
As well as writing over 500 articles for Fabulous Online, I have written for the News, TV & Showbiz, E-Commerce and Travel desks. I've also scripted, directed, produced and presented a number of video pieces for The Sun and Fabulous' social media channels.
I pitch and write approximately 7 articles a day, received both legal and SEO training for my role here, and I'm trusted to self-publish. I have also trained a number of interns.
