About me
I am an energetic and enthusiastic salesforce administrator professional with over ten years of hands-on experience in data analytics and salesforce administrator. Having supported the administration of CRM systems throughout various roles, I chose to re-focus my career development into a Salesforce career, and I now have one-year' experience working within a non-profit organisation supporting the training and development for salesforce certification. Skilled in organisation setup, managing users and profiles, creating reports and dashboards, managing stakeholders and encouraging user adoption through various methods, including delivery of group and one to one training to 300 users. Also, adept in applying Einstein analytics such as machine learning to a wide range of business problems and for researching and deploying machine learning and deep learning models applied to text, time-series, and sensor data and deploying models as scalable prototypes for user evaluation using Einstein process builder. I am a certified salesforce administrator, Platform App Builder, Artificial Intelligence (AI) practitioner. My long-term goal is to develop as a salesforce developer architect.

Oxfordable careers administration course was a combination of training and a project with the pharmaceutical organisation. The organization wanted to implement Salesforce as they were tracking all information via spreadsheets and paper processes. Implementing Salesforce as a solution was to create more data visibility, management of stakeholders and management of pharmacy process which include managing patience records in relation to medication and sales. I supported the project manager on delivering the Salesforce implementation focusing on the following activities:
• Setting up org – new users and profiles.
• Customising standard objects including formula fields.
• Building custom objects and fields and creating app with menu bars.
• Creating record types, sales paths and working with page layouts.
• Implementing a third-party app integration and setting up batch gift entry.
• Automating processes using workflow and process builder.
• Creating validation rules, products, report folders and reports.
• I also reviewed, updated and created a training manual and delivered groups training sessions to 5 'Superusers'.
The project gave me the opportunity to put all the skills and learning throughout the training programme into a live environment, giving me hands on experience. The outcome for the organization was positive, with an increase in visibility of shared contacts, accounts, reports and performance across departments and also reporting a decrease in admin time by 10 hours per month. The ability to streamline pharmaceutical management has already shown an increase of an additional £10,000 worth of revenue in Q1 since implanting Salesforce.
After the project as have continue working with Oxfordable careers as a salesforce admin trainer, my role is to prepare candidate for certification. Training has recorded many success with many passing their certification at first setting and landing their self a job in different industries. I really enjoy learning and working with Salesforce and continue to learn and build on my knowledge via Trailheads. I have reached Ranger status and have a keen interest in completing Super badges. I particularly enjoyed completing the Business Administration Specialist badge.
