    I work on marketing projects across product and content for both B2B and B2C communications. On a daily basis I work with the following teams: insights, content, product, UX, design, video, digital marketing and SEO whilst navigating between all stakeholders based in the UK and India. Projects include: -Review Collection Goal: To collecting University student reviews through a digital campaign. Responsibilities: Generating campaign ideas, competitor analysis, identifying market trends and sociographics, building and maintaining relationships with possible business partners, working with designers/videographers/influencers on creating campaign artworks, running competitions, copy writing campaign messaging, collecting user generated content, tracking engagement levels, meeting review collection deadline and targets. -Social Media Redesign Goal: To increase brand prominence across ‘Whatuni’ social media channels (including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter). Responsibilities: In charge of all designs uploaded on social media channels, tracking post performance, giving constructive criticism to the content team on their designs in line with brand guidelines, leading graphic design workshops and expertise, creation of design guidelines document, idea generation. -Product Redesign Goal: To improve the delivery of company services to current and new users. Responsibilities: Identifying and addressing user pain-points by redesigning 'Whatuni' online review form, tracking industry developments and identifying innovation opportunities to drive company KPIs, outlining needs and risks to product managers and tracking the product progress, working closely with the UX, development and design team, product testing and tracking success rate.
