About me
I have over 20 years experience in people management, I am currently seeking a new role in well-being/change management/organisational development in which I can use all my people skills, creative background, experience and knowledge to feel fulfilled and challenged. I am a people centric designer in how I think and communicate, I specialise in understanding people and helping them understand themselves and I using these skills to changing behaviours and mindsets within a wide variety of stakeholders. I achieve this by understanding why people think and act in a particular ways and encourage changes of perspective and behavior by using coaching and motivation techniques, and combine these with my creative background to achieve forward movement on an individual and organisational basis.
