About me
I'm a freelance editor and writer who works for El País and other Spanish media. My educational background includes Humanities and Food Studies. I write mainly about culture and have a special interest in topics related to women, art, history, books, food, science and projects with a social impact. Besides El País, I have written for Condé Nast Traveler, Freeda, Monocle Travel Guides, Revista Madriz, Vein or Perdiz. In 2013, I founded FUET Magazine, a publication on the relationship between food and culture. I am currently a member of the collective Cocinar Madrid, which uses cooking as a tool for anthropological study, and a researcher for Dodo Laboratory, a creative platform that develops ideas to empower kids to think deeper about the world. I have also worked as a radio contributor for Cadena Ser and the local radio station M21.
