• Working across all digital content, including weekly online magazine The Style Report, social, emails, press events and video, as well as regular print projects such as the bi-quarterly magazine, press pack and lookbook • Proofreading, checking for spelling and grammar, fact-checking for accuracy and ensuring all copy reflects MATCHESFASHION.COM’s modern luxury tone of voice and is of a consistently high standard • Writing standout heads, sells, captions, email subject lines, metadata and URLs – making sure all copy is optimised for SEO • Testing content across different devices and browsers, including desktop, mobile and tablet • Liaising with members of the global content team and other departments across the business to ensure workflow is on schedule and the efficient delivery of assets • Auditing the site frequently to ensure all content is up to date and relevant • Contributing ideas to the weekly editorial meetings • Maintaining the house style guide and production master list • Supporting the Chief Sub-Editor with managing the workflow of the online and print magazine, including creating flat plans and running production meetings in her absence • Writing monthly Style News features for The Style Report, covering fashion, travel, wellness and culture
