So, in 2018 we refreshed the campaign to highlight the variety of options available on Uber Eats and support a growing list of partner restaurants.     Led local marketing for Uber Eats Melbourne, one of the top performing Uber Eats cities. Was responsible to help our local operations team achieve KPIs by generating local marketing campaigns, partnerships and PR Key responsibilities: - Building strong local presence by developing local marketing initiatives to increase awareness and penetration in Victoria. - Developing local email, offline and social marketing programs from scratch - Supporting all geographic expansions planned by the Operations team - Managing and developing co-marketing initiatives with our best restaurant partner brands to optimise their performance on Uber Eats Key achievements: - Marketing support for 20 new geographic expansions across 3 different Australian states (VIC, TAS, QLD) - Delivered the first ever Uber Eats physical restaurant, an activation on the Grand Final of the Australian Football Rules. This activation reached 130M people. - Led a Carlton Football Club x Uber Eats sponsorship that reached 500K people - Developed and executed an offline strategy to support local restaurants that was delivered across all Australia - Created a new local marketing playbook to be shared with different regions globally that generated better effectiveness in local marketing teams
