About me
As a recent International Multimedia Journalism master’s graduate, I have had the opportunity to learn from industry professionals in the journalism field, expanding both my knowledge and experience as a writer and reporter.
My work experience for a range of publications including Public Pressure Magazine and Narc Magazine to name a couple has allowed me to enhance my skill set by tackling multiple articles in a short space of time, interviewing professionals, conducting extensive research and successfully leading a team of journalists.
I’m also a live events company owner (Marisam Events) who strives to showcase and support local musicians whilst providing audiences with unique interactive live music events alongside safe, inclusive spaces. This, paired with my work as a freelance musician has taught me the ins and outs of digital marketing - writing press releases, email marketing campaigns and social media management.
I’m a very creative person who always thinks outside the box. I’m a keen learner and I’ll take on any challenge. My passion in life is learning new things, so I try to involve myself in as much as possible.
