• Responsible for the change management in the transition to the new Configuration Management Database Platform (Service Now), to ensure the minimum impact to the service quality and to maintain the regular operation of all activities in the Data Center;
• Budget planning and cost analysis of new IT projects;
• Responsible for the constant revision of the projects, maintaining the accuracy and quality of the data information.

• Responsible for a specific customer portfolio and the prospection of new clients, either at national or global level. Main clients: Tetra Pak, Wipro, Maersk, DAF;
• Constant communication with each client to better understand their needs and direct them to the appropriate solution. Direct contact with the main telecommunication and information technology solutions: Cisco, Riverbed and Blue Coat;
• Development of new business to meet the sales quotas set by the company C-level;
• Management the post-sales, providing all necessary assistance and ensuring that all customer needs and expectations have been met;
• Work in collaboration with the sales team to identify and develop long-term growth strategies to increase the opportunities of new projects, and to constantly improve the customer service.
