EU Blockchain Observatory and Forum (European Commission Initiative) ● Overseeing the day-to-day execution of the project and delivery of UNIC’s obligations within it. ● Leading and/or supporting the development of project deliverables, reports and events. ● Ensuring delivery of project targets to a high quality and within the contracted timeframe and budget. ● Mapping, monitoring and analyzing blockchain trends, initiatives and relevant players in the EU and worldwide ● Manage and produce communication campaigns INFINITECH ● Overall responsibility for the complete management of the project in close cooperation with the Consortium (42 partners from 16 countries). ● Overseeing the day-to-day execution of the project and delivery of UNIC’s obligations within it. ● Preparation of deliverables and reports to the project coordinator, to project partners and to the funding bodies Co-leading IFF's proposal preparation team ● Mapping and monitoring blockchain grants worldwide. ● Coordinating proposal preparation efforts
