    - Supported the global launch of Wizarding World Digital’s Harry Potter Fan Club – a Warner Bros. and Pottermore joint venture now with over 26 million registered fans. This included a mobile app, website and paid subscription service, Gold Membership (official hubs for Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts fans). - Manage and curate a weekly email newsletter sent to over 7 million fans. I established and develop/optimise the D2C channel’s strategy and content calendar. I worked with in-house creatives to produce a dynamic and fan-first design, cementing the branding/styling of our emails. Gold fans’ open rate is 2x entertainment industry average, 1 in 2 Gold fans open. App downloads increased by 4–5x in Sept/Oct 2020 – coinciding with channel launch. - Harry Potter at Home campaign won a Silver 2020 Lovie Award, Websites: Music & Entertainment category. I produced email alerts and push notifications for each chapter video. Newsletter open rates doubled at key beats and monthly app users increased. - Project manage and develop a 4-week onboarding email programme to educate fans about our content and products - Project manage, co-ordinate and write inspiring briefs for best-in-class physical and digital marcomms materials - Develop strong relationships with brand team, franchise partners and agencies to manage integration of content and co-ordinate asset production. Partners include: Warner Bros.     Wizarding World's 'Harry Potter at Home' campaign won a Silver prize at the 2020 Lovie Awards in the Websites: Music & Entertainment category. I was responsible for establishing and copywriting the new weekly newsletter as well as email alerts and app push notifications that supported each new chapter video of the Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone book read-along (chapters were read by famous fans and friends of the Wizarding World). Our weekly newsletter open rates doubled at key chapter moments and our monthly app users increased significantly. The Lovies honour the best of the European internet across websites, apps, mobile sites & podcasts, social, internet video and online advertising.
