For several years I've worked as the right hand woman to several successful and dynamic magazine editors and more recently, TV executives. I'm friendly, tenacious and smart with a down-to-earth manner and fab organisational skills. I have a superb eye for detail, great written, editorial and research skills. I'm extremely passionate about music, arts, TV, radio, advertising, magazines, digital, PR, etc. I like to get stuck in whatever's thrown my way and thrive on variety.

  • Discovery Networks International (MATERNITY COVER) July 2015 – date EA to Head of Production and Development, Factual Entertainment & Head of Factual • Full support to two senior executives in a fast-paced and demanding work environment • Act as first point of contact for all internal and external contacts, clients and service providers. • Extensive diary management across multiple time zones. • Schedule, organise and co-ordinate complex meetings and VCs (including liaison with Facilities dept). • Research for Factual Entertainment department. Watch promos, provide feedback on casting, etc. • Organise complex travel, transport & hotel arrangements and arrange itineraries. Track air miles, etc. • Answer phone and screen calls, take detailed messages, respond to internal and external enquiries. • Prepare purchase orders, submit and track monthly expense claims. • Help to prepare presentations and other documents. • Deal with ad-hoc admin queries and support to any departmental projects. • Sickness/holiday reporting.

Hearst Magazines September 2005 – September 2011 Interiors/Lifestyle Assistant – SHE • Research, source images and write stories for interiors, real time trends, gift guides and news pages. • Developed excellent relationships with PRs and attended press shows. • Source music and Letters prizes. • Sourced and resized images, wrote copy and uploaded to website. PA to Editor – SHE • Diary management, managing magazine inboxes, presentations, dealing with calls and correspondence, travel and itineraries, expenses, meetings, lunches, meeting guests, personal PA work, ad hoc projects, etc. • Editorial research and assume writing responsibilities. • First point of contact and face of the brand. • Dealt with confidential and highly sensitive information discreetly.
