As a Certified Apple technician (Genius), I was responsible for the timely and efficient diagnosis and repair of both hardware and software issues with guaranteed success at the London Flagship Store. As a marketing assistant, I was working with the online department in Cupertino for the launch of new products and software worldwide, providing localised translation and cultural adaptation. As a User Acceptance Tester (UAT), I was working with software designers and programmers in order to verify and stress test Apple unreleased systems. Supporting new store openings in the UK & France.
My career with Aveda started in Canada as an assistant manager at the Montreal store in 2006. I transferred to London working at the Flagship Institute in Covent Garden in 2007, coaching & training more than 30 stylists. I rejoined Aveda in 2012 as a counter manager for one of the most successful beauty counter in Liberty. Organising beauty events, focusing on Aveda customer’s loyalty & community engagement, our counter became the most profitable Aveda retail space in the UK.
