Marilia is a young aspiring Sustainable Designer,
She is promoting a holistic and conscious way of thinking and acting about issues such as Circular Design and sustainable manufacturing process in the Product Industry.
She believes that Design lies between the symbiotic relationship of the artistic and the utilitarian.
Briefly, after graduating from Athens School of Fine Arts and obtaining a Master on Universal Design, my professional journey as designer saw me engaged in many forms of art such as sculpting, graphic design, fashion design, content & concept design. So far I have mainly coordinated projects based on sustainability and social impact.

- MOUSEPAD CONTEST by INspotThese two mousepad options were created for INspot national competition. Two different aesthetical and conseptual aproaches: For the first one I combined modern and classical aesthetic in order to play with the idea of the old and the new expression of a fantasy world. For the second one I designed a new age glitch aesthetic that maches the brand's identity and the mainstream gaming audience taste.
- Fabric Republic MerchI designed the merch collection for Greek NGO Fabric Republic, which is an innovative and comprehensive clothing management system that focuses on today’s social needs,sustainability and sustainable development. The merch collection of Fabric Republic aimed to promote the new brand.
- WEAR YOUR VALUESSOFFA's WEAR YOUR VALUES project has launched a sustainable and ethically-made T-shirt, that was created to fund refugees training programs. - BRETHE collection SS2020This collection that i designed is of huge imnportance because the products are made from the fabric and diaz of clothing that ends up in recycling in our laboratory. The levels of carbon released into the environment by the garment industry are huge, being the second most polluting industry to the environment. Through this collection i offered an innovative solution by creating products from textiles and clothing that would end up in landfills.
