I have an eager curiosity for the technical secrets of design and I always try to come up with innovative ideas. I believe there is always a reason behind every successful design decision and I apply this to my work. My designs were selected for the International Society of Typographic Designers Student Awards, the Penguin Design Awards and RSA Design Direction competition. I want to continue to expand my design capabilities in different aspects of design.
Projects
- Mapping ProjectFor my mapping project I made a 3Dgraph of my eating habits over a week’s period. The graph is a representation of the amount I eat and what I eat, i.e carrot cake, meat, fruit vegetables. I made a prototype of my design in scale of 1:3 with the final piece being 30 cm tall. The base is made out of wood on which circle cuts outs were made to place the plastic tubes inside. I utilized real food because I wanted the sensory experiences to come across as much as possible.
