- Developing successful relationships with clients to encourage client satisfaction, retention and growth by understanding them, their business needs and their objectives
- Strategy and planning for key accounts, working with key business stakeholders
- Managing creatives, planners and other members of the client services team to ensure all output meets client objectives and expectations
- Ensuring delivery against client’s budgets, whilst maintaining margin for the agency
- End-to-end campaign management (including ATL, BTL marketing activities and sales enablement)
- Co-ordinating activity to assess campaign effectiveness and using the output to identify and recommend future opportunities and improvements; to benefit the client
- Responsibility for inspecting and signing off concepts and proofs, ensuring quality control
KEY PROJECTS AND ACHIEVEMENTS:
- Significantly contributed to the growth of the RBS Group account expanding business into different divisions, resulting in it being the highest billable account for 2017
- NATWEST – Worked on the rollout of the ‘NatWest Pitch’ app, developing an overarching positioning and hero creative to be used on all deliverables. Results: Circa 10,500 unique visits to app store and circa 1000 downloads of the app to date (App launched in November 2017)
- NOMINET - Redesigned The UK Domain logo and brought all .uk logos in line with the new brand look and feel, having developed brand guidelines with a new tone of voice, and graphic elements for use across all marketing collateral
- STONEGATE- Developed a new overarching concept for the successful and high-profile relaunch of The Living Room Manchester bar in line with the venue’s interior design characteristics. This included POS materials such as menu concepts and designs, invitations to the opening night, business cards and social assets. A new microsite (complete with booking system and live social feeds) was designed and developed in time for the VIP re-opening
- LOMBARD – Partnered with The Telegraph on a multichannel campaign to raise awareness and educate businesses on the benefits of asset finance. It resulted in over 500K page views, 15,000 link clicks and unprompted awareness of asset finance rising from 2% to 14%
- NOMINET - Devised and executed Nominet’s integrated campaign to promote their family of domains ending in .uk. The campaign delivered an average regional increase of visits to partner sale sites of 500% and average increase in content downloads of 350%. (Creative shortlisted for best use of creative at the 2017 Creativepool Award)
- ROYAL BANK OF SCOTLAND - Worked on an award winning nationwide series of breakfast events, including event management and creative delivery of relevant, timely and engaging content. (Won ‘Most innovative financial communications’ at Corporate & Financial Awards 2017)
