Internship as project manager, I was in charge of the marketing strategy and the communication of the agency :
• Communication strategy: Elaborate and plan the future posts on Instagram in order to show the work and the life of the agency. Make a reporting to analyze and determinate which type of photo or event has the most visibility and like from the audience. In charge of the redaction and the layout of the newsletter with the collaboration of the artistic director.
• Event organisation : In collaboration with the other project manager, propose and organize the 20th anniversary of the Atelier Mai 98 (Yoga class and breakfast, birthday party with an creative floral scenography, festival booklet and tote bag sent to our clients). The organisation includes, retroplanning, budget gestion, purchase of items needed for the event, the sourcing of caterer, the elaboration of the guests list, the invitations sent, the scenography setting up and the welcoming of the participant.
• Company analysis : After highlighting the company's problematics, I did a market study, a benchmarking, a financial analysis, wrote the marketing mix and synthesized the information into a SWOT. I also gave some recommandations in order the improve the company business strategy and develop it, such as the redesign of the website, some ideas to earn customer and increase their loyalty.
• Clients projects management : Design PowerPoint presentations showing the work and the creativity of the agency to show potential clients what the Atelier Mai 98 can do for them.
• Development of the artistic work of the agency director : Elaborate project presentation documents, sponsoring files, the project-related communication strategy.
