About me
My whole working life has been spent photographing the great and the good (and the not so good..) , for a raft of international clients. No two days are ever the same, whether hanging from a studio ceiling, or out of an aeroplane. Recent highlights included the chance to photograph the Prince Andrew/Newsnight interview for the BBC at Buckingham Palace- a remarkable day that led to the images being used across the globe. Some of my work can be seen at the National Portrait Gallery, whilst day to day, my photos appear in magazines, adverts and representing TV shows across the world. Out of hours I can be found walking my pooch- Betty, round the park.

The Newsnight/Prince Andrew Interview for the BBC.At a few hours notice, I am standing inside Buckingham Palace talking to a courtier: 'So, can you now tell me why I am here and who am due to photograph?' Two hours later it was all over and I was in a cab back to my office with the Producer's words echoing in my ear: "You have just seen a little bit of history. GET ME THOSE PICTURES!" And now in 2024, Scoop the movie airs on Netflix in April and have you seen who's playing ME?

This personal project is my first foray into documentary photography for many years and forced me to ignore my usual work approach. This was photographed with the idea of sitting alongside a documentary film of the farm to be made in 2022.

Spitting Image Key ArtworkIn 2019 I was approached by the originator of the show to produce trial imagery of a few characters during the filming of a Pilot show. The interest from the images was huge and the show went into production this year. My brief was to build on the template I had previously conceived, but make the lighting work for an easy composite for posters. This may look easy, but I got ten mins with each character in two set ups-each puppet has 2-3 puppeteers working them. This required correct puppet eyeli
