A Graphic Designer for 7 years, I experienced a variety of roles from Junior to Manager of a small team. Starting my career in a newly formed department at Mintel I played a fundamental role in shaping the team. These roles developed my practical skills in both Design and working across a large business.

- Vastari, Improving the experience for new users.Introduction: Teamed up with Jon Crabb and Mark J Winter, we were given a project brief which had a main focus of redesigning their current homepage for non-profit institutions (i.e: Museums). Resulting in an improved User Experience with an increased conversion rate, We soon discovered that in order to do the above we needed to also redesign a series of other screens to keep the experience consistent. NOTE: Some images had to be blurred out due to copyright reasons.

Produced over 60 infographics for global reports for both print and online monthly. These ranged from simplistic data sets to heavily analytical data. I became a key team member and helped shape the department to produce work of the highest standard.
I thrived on producing illustrated infographics that told the story the analysts wanted the clients to know. I also took pride in consistently increasing efficiency for example by making functional templates for the team that were smart, simplified and engaging.
Frequently went above and beyond my role’s responsibilities for example volunteering to lead on the management of the company staff photography. Creating a central hub for all photos improved communication across the company.
Past responsibilities include Production Design Manager (17 months) leading and line managing a team of six UK & US based designers.
