Reporting into the Director of Marketing, my responsibilities will include: Managing the centralised Design team – prioritising workloads, working on and developing design briefs from the various stakeholders across the international business. Acting as the creative focal point for the company - championing and ensuring the highest standards of design are being met consistently. Supporting and implementing the Group’s creative vision and brand guidelines whilst obtaining input from key stakeholders – music, marketing and sales teams. Creating graphics and artwork for promotional activities - online and offline inc. web pages, emails and print (flyers, postcards, brochures) Create and sign-off artwork and graphics for album covers and playlists, successfully capturing genres and themes through image. Managing the Design budget, commissioning work to 3rd party designers when appropriate.
