• Conceptualizing and developing new projects for label.
• Scouting for singers/artists for these high concept projects, and overseeing all scouting strategy.
• Liaising with artists, management, publishing companies and producers.
• Arranging all auditions and showcases relating to these projects, and looking after all day to day management.

Worked with the Marketing Director and Head of Digital to develop and implement the company’s online and mobile strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Developing the online marketing strategy for all websites, search (desktop and mobile) and mobile apps with defined metrics and a detailed roadmap.
• Measurement of all online elements of campaigns.
• Contribution to the development of all festival marketing plans.
• Project managing the development, design and build of all associated owned websites.
• Constantly innovating and improving the usability, content and conversion on all websites.
Key Achievements:
• Successful development and delivery of four online festival channels for 2015 across desktop and mobile.
• Content creation, driving 30 million website views to date in 2015.
• Bespoke app development and delivery across a number of festival channels.
