Graphic Designer
In-house Graphic Designer for UK’s third largest funeral business, responsible for the re-design of the corporate identity and it’s 27 individual trading styles.
As an integral part of the marketing team I often adopted a multi-disciplined approach (direct marketing, public relations, branding, communications, advertising) and was responsible for a junior designer on the team. Following several successful re-brands nationwide I have been recognised for my contribution in increasing company profit by 29% and value of the business by £37.5m within 2 years.
• Responsible for the design and management of all 27 individual brand identities including all literature, collateral, advertising artwork, marketing material and in branch visuals for the business.
• Produce all artwork for Laurel Funerals corporate brand including B2B promotional material, national advertising, e Newsletters and press releases.
• Re-brand acquisition businesses when they join the Laurel group, including new literature, websites, marketing material, signage and interior spaces.
• Collaborate with Web Developer to redesign websites for all businesses including umbrella brand Laurel. Design and build digital content to support marketing campaigns.
• Generate ideas, create plans, organise and design all marketing material for regular national and local advertising campaigns and community activity.
• Assist with the day to day marketing of the business, reviewing business performance, product range, marketing material, advertising schedule and price structure.
