Hello, I’m Mark.
A designer, typographer and artist based in the Midlands, UK. I’ve been working as a designer for the past 10 years, and for the last two of those I have also been working as an artist, creating murals and abstract pieces alongside my design work. I am currently working full-time at the Daughter Studio.
I approach every project with a fresh perspective, using the skills I’ve developed over the years to work flexibly and efficiently. I’m always on brief to deliver a fully considered idea-driven solution that’s relevant to the brief.

- Stir Creativity - Bombay SapphireAs part of Bombay Sapphire ‘Stir Creativity’ campaign I was commissioned to create inspiring and imaginative artwork. This work has been reproduced in print and across Bombay Sapphire’s international social channels. The first piece, titled ‘Botanical Fun’, was inspired by the entire process of creating and consuming gin, from the floral flavours that make it so distinctive to the variety of cocktails that make it so adaptable. - Thomas Cook Cook's Club MuralsI was commissioned to paint two murals for Thomas Cook at their new Cook’s Club hotel in Crete, Greece. The brief was to produce ideas for fun, eye-catching, “out there” art spaces within “Cook’s Club” Crete. The hotels are aimed at a “new generation of travellers”. I wanted to create something that would invite people to interact with the piece. The brief asked for something “instagrammable,” so one of the pieces is the perfect backdrop for a photo.
