About me
Experienced Operations Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the luxury goods and jewellery, private banking and travel industries. Skilled in Microsoft Office, MAC, SAGE Line 50, international communications, accountancy functions and POS systems. I have had several years experience in dealing with UHNWI, VIP & VVIP customers. A vibrant, hard-working and diligent team member. My current position is diverse and challenging due to a varied, elite client base and interacting with all departments reporting directly to the General Manager. I am currently working in a small team, but am very lucky to have such experienced and knowledgeable colleagues. This includes supporting admin team in preparing estimates, applying margins and monitoring the time scale in which they are completed • Overseeing all export and domestic deliveries inc. merchandise in baggage (M.I.B), Regency shipping and Malca-Amit • Manage and support the Finance Assistant to ensure all daily reporting is completed and sent to head office within the set deadline – daily sales reports, till breakdown report and PDQ reports • Sign off on supplier and inter-company invoices • Manage Mayfair site debtors report • Management of customer deposit reporting • Manage Patek Phillipe sales records reports • Management of showroom aesthetic • Working with the entire Mayfair team to help resolves any issues that arise in regard to the daily running of the store • Make note of any maintenance works required and manage the process until completion ensuring works are kept on or below budget and completed to a high standard • Responsible for overall site security and effective operation of all equipment • Full responsibility for managing compliance of health & safety standards including the management of required testing processes  Aftercare process management.
